Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Glazing Service Account Manager to drive growth in the glazing service business. You will collaborate with the National team to build local presence and manage relationships with national clients.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will prepare takeoffs and estimates, follow up on quotes, attend client meetings, and help promote Flynn’s brand through marketing and social channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and build the Glazing Service business.
• Collaborate with National team to establish local presence with national clients.
• Communicate with existing customers to explain Flynn Service opportunities.
• Follow up on quotes and tenders.
• Attend industry events and client meetings.
• Plan and attend client meetings at various locations.
• Promote Flynn’s brand and services via marketing and social media channels.
• Prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs.
• Complete work orders and estimates in a timely manner.
• Conduct virtual presentations.
• Support corporate initiatives and BD objectives.

Glazing Service Account Manager

This position will be based out of our Winnipeg location, reporting to the Glazing Service Manager.

A Day in the Life:

• Help grow and build our Glazing Service business
• Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
• Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
• Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
• Attend association, industry, and networking events
• Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
• Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
• Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
• Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
• Ability to conduct presentations virtually
• Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
