Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Canada seeks a Server/Manager to deliver memorable hospitality and drive guest satisfaction.

You will combine server duties with managerial responsibilities, closing shifts, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient bar environment for a fast-paced guest-focused setting. You will train and coordinate staff, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to pour and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Skill and coordination when using hands to pour drinks, carry several dishes at once, cut garnishes, etc.
• Must be able to work full weekends Friday Saturday and Sundays.
• Must have at least 1 years experience serving

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
• Build a friendly rapport with guests and ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and anticipating guest needs.
• Maintain a spotlessly clean and sanitary bar area, including bar stools, high tops, and surrounding floors.
• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• this position is a Manager which includes all server tasks as well
• the Manager is required to close shifts and deal with customer issues along with employee issues and concerns
