Job summary

Hello Nori is hiring for Server/Host positions in Toronto, Ontario. Roles include part-time and full-time shifts with a base wage plus tips, designed to ensure a comprehensive hospitality experience.

Pay ranges from $25–$35 per hour total, with $17.60 base wage and tips shared among front of house and kitchen teams. Training starts on day one; growth into supervisory roles is encouraged, with a free staff meal every shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset.
• Valid Smart Serve (ON) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures.
• Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and management.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, ensuring every guest leaves happy.

What You'll Need
