Job summary

Hello Nori in Calgary is hiring a part-time Server/Host to greet guests and deliver a memorable dining experience. You’ll work with a team to ensure smooth service, manage orders, and uphold guest satisfaction while earning $20–$25/hour total with tips.

ProServe (AB) certification and 1–3 years of customer service are preferred. Training is provided, and there is real room to grow from Server/Host into supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset.
• ProServe (AB) certification is preferred.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada.
• Availability to work during evenings and weekends.

• Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures.
• Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20-$25/hourly on average total ($15/hour base wage plus an equitable share of tips, split between front of house and kitchen team by hours worked)
