Job summary

Hello Nori is Canada’s hand roll bar with seven locations across BC, Ontario and Alberta, and more openings planned. As a Server/Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience, greeting guests and guiding them through a memorable dining visit.

We offer a base wage of $18.25/hour plus an equitable share of tips, with room to grow into supervisory roles. 1–3 years of customer service experience and Serving It Right (BC) are an asset. Availability evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada.

• Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures
• Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables

What You'll Need
