Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests while providing welcoming, attentive service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings and provide details on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, including refills and special requests.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and lounge areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
