Job summary

Archive Hospitality Group is seeking a Server for Permanent Part-Time roles across our Toronto properties. You will greet guests, take orders, and support a fast-paced F&B operation with strong knowledge of cocktails and beers.

You will work as part of a team, record transactions in MICROS, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Archive standards. Weekend availability is required; potential growth within expanding venues.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs of previous serving experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment.
• Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented.
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
• Able to stand/walk for long hours.
• Must have open availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and make recommendations.
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
• Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely.
• Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and supplies.
• Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Server (Permanent Part-Time)

The Role at a Glance

This role plays a key role in all Food & Beverage Outlets within to serve our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and work as a team member to ensure all tasks are completed before a shift end. Our servers have strong cocktail & beer knowledge and experience and work in a fast paced/high volume dynamic environment. This role reports into the F&B Manager.

Your Day To Day Duties
