Archive Hospitality Group in Toronto is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead the culinary team at Gladstone House. You will guide day-to-day kitchen operations, develop menus, and drive peak guest satisfaction across all outlets and events.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years as Head Chef, strong leadership, and a track record of managing multiple outlets. This role offers a competitive CAD salary with a path for growth within our expanding hotel collection.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Reporting to the General Manager, the Head Chef is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day operation of the Hotel’s culinary department. In collaboration with the Hotel’s General Manager and F&B leadership, the Head Chef leads and manages the execution of the Hotel’s culinary vision across all outlets and events. The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative, and strategic leader with strong food presentation skills and the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
