Mercatto Centrale in Port Credit is seeking friendly servers to join our team. If you bring warmth, personality and love hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

You will deliver warm hospitality, guide guests through menus featuring seasonal dishes, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced setting. We value strong communication, attention to detail and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Guide guests through menus highlighting seasonal ingredients and signature dishes.
• Maintain table maintenance, resetting, and noting guest preferences.
• Stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle dietary restrictions and guest requests with care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and efficient.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the Silverware POS.

We are looking for Servers to join the Mercatto Centrale team in Port Credit. If you bring warmth, personality, and love hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
• Confidently guide guests through food and beverage menus highlighting seasonal ingredients and signature dishes
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail (table maintenance, resetting, guest preferences)
• Stay composed and organized in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Handle dietary restrictions and guest requests with care, clarity, and professionalism
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and efficient
• Process orders and payments accurately using Silverware POS
