Mercatto Centrale in Port Credit is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and contribute to a memorable dining experience. You will create a warm first impression and help welcome guests as they arrive.

Responsibilities include managing reservations and walk-ins, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth service flow, answering phones, and keeping the host stand organized and guest-ready.

• Communicate closely with servers, management, and the kitchen to keep service flowing
• Answer phones and provide information about the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready host stand and entrance
• Support and help organize Uber delivery orders as needed
