Mercatto Cantina Mercatto in Toronto is seeking Hosts to join our team. If you’re friendly, organized, and enjoy creating a welcoming first impression for every guest, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations and walk-ins, coordinating with servers and kitchen, answering phones, and keeping the host stand pristine. Training and growth opportunities available.

Cantina Mercatto, our location in the Financial District, is currently looking for Hosts to join our team. If you’re friendly, organized, and enjoy creating a welcoming first impression for every guest, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming first impression from the moment guests arrive
• Manage reservations and walk-ins to support a smooth, well-paced dining room
• Communicate closely with servers, management, and the kitchen to keep service flowing
• Answer phones and provide information about the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready host stand and entrance
• Support and help organize Uber delivery orders as needed
