Job summary

Canlan Sports is seeking a friendly Server to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service at Wild Wing restaurant. You will apply knowledge of beverages, menus and promotions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling payments through Sky Tab, setting and clearing tables, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a clean dining area. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred. Smart Serve and Serving It Right certifications are required.

• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)

Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Server.

Rate of Pay: $17.85/ hour

We are currently looking for outgoing, passionate and team-oriented servers for our Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will provide prompt, courteous and accurate food and beverage service in order to exceed guest expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply advanced knowledge of beverages
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required

ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated
• Experienced handling payment and gratuities through a POS system ( Sky Tab preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
