Job summary

Canlan Sports in Oakville is seeking a Cook for our Wild Wing restaurant. You will plate and present food in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner in line with standardized recipes that exceed guest expectations.

The role requires Food Safe certification, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, with openings for varied shifts across our multi-sport complex.

Qualifications

• Food Safe Certified (or equivalent) required.
• Previous food preparation experiences an asset.
• Positive and team orientated attitude.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends).

Responsibilities

• Food preparation in keeping with standardized recipes including the following.
• Apply developed knowledge of menu items.
• Ensure opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent).
• Ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage of products and receive delivery when required.

Rate of Pay: $18.80 - $20.50/ hour
