Job summary

Keyera is seeking a Senior HRMS Analyst – Workday to deliver functional Workday expertise across HR modules and lead initiatives while supporting production tasks. The role will be based in Calgary, with potential oversight of Edmonton activities and strong cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT teams.

Reporting to the Team Lead HRMS, you will drive projects from requirements through deployment, mentor junior staff, and stay current with Workday releases to ensure data integrity and

Qualifications

• University education in HR or IT or Business Analysis certification.
• Workday certifications are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Workday expertise for Projects and Production.
• Lead/work with Workday partners on projects, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Manage cross-module support (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, etc.).
• Coordinate with IT and HR teams on releases and integrations.
• Mentor HRMS Analyst and collaborate with HRMS team.
