Workday is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in HCM to help customers maximize value from Workday deployments. You will engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver configuration-driven solutions while guiding multi-project delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, driving successful HRIS implementations, and ensuring customer success across global implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Capital Management software and medium/large HRIS deployments.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM (HCM & HCM - Security).
• 3+ years Workday consulting experience or as a Workday SME.

Responsibilities

• Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements.
• Share their broad experience with industry practices.
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and trade-offs.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.
• Enjoy helping customers become more self-sufficient and to learn new features.
