Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water and/or Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead planning and engineering design of infrastructure projects, collaborating with multiple disciplines to deliver sustainable water solutions.

You will manage scope, budget, staffing, and schedules while mentoring teams and pursuing business development opportunities. Travel to project sites may be required; P.Eng preferred and PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• P.Eng licensed is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of design professionals and technicians.
• Mentor staff and develop high-performing project teams.
• Develop proposals and participate in business line teams.
• Client facing for business development and meetings.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Oversee design and construction of projects.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory activities.
