Jobgether is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Researcher in Canada to shape the user experience of a sophisticated financial planning and performance management platform. You will blend user research with hands-on design to translate insights into intuitive, data-driven interfaces.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to tackle complex, data-intensive workflows and strengthen design systems across the product.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in UX research and product design.
• Proven portfolio showing research and design work with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, usability tests) and some quantitative methods.

Responsabilités

• Conduct user research including interviews, usability tests, concept testing, and surveys to understand needs and pain points.
• Build relationships with product, customer success, and support to recruit participants and maintain a research pipeline.
• Translate insights into personas, journey maps, and research summaries to inform product decisions.
• Measure design impact with usability metrics and behavioral analytics to guide iterations.
• Maintain a centralized research repository for cross-team access and reuse.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence roadmap prioritization.
• Design end-to-end user experiences with wireframes, flows, and information architectures.
• Develop prototypes in Figma, adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure fidelity to UX goals.
• Support planning and continuous improvement through workload estimation and prioritization.
• Explore AI-enabled experiences and integrate suitable AI tools into workflows.
