A leading financial services platform is looking for a Product Designer with at least 4 years of experience, particularly within technology startups. In this mid-senior level role, you will take ownership of the design process and work closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences. Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience, including at least 2+ years at a technology startup.
• Demonstrated experience with end‑to‑end product design processes.
• Extraordinary visual design skills and solid UX/UI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Work with PMs to define problem statements using user research.
• Validate designs with users and align with internal stakeholders.
• Support dev team during implementation and ensure designs are accurately translated to code.
