Job summary

Jay Analytix INC. is seeking an experienced UX Designer to shape digital experiences for capital markets projects in Canada.

You will lead design from concept to delivery, collaborating with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define direction and outcomes. The role requires a strong portfolio showcasing complex web, mobile and desktop applications, plus proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UX design experience.
Strong portfolio with complex applications in finance/web.
Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.
Excellent usability, information architecture and human-centered design knowledge.
Experience with user research and A/B testing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead UX design for complex digital and financial systems from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define innovative UX directions.
Create personas, journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
Leverage analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact of UX changes.
Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
Collaborate with fellow designers and contribute to design culture.
Stay current with UX trends, tools and technologies.
