We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong user-centered design skills and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end experiences. You'll lead design strategy, create intuitive interfaces, and collaborate across teams to align design solutions with business goals. Experience in accessibility, design thinking, and service design is a plus.

  • Advanced user-centered design expertise (UCD, IA, interaction, visual design, prototyping)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX across complex projects
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and usability testing skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to align UX with business goals
  • Strong Design Thinking facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Service Design blueprinting or Customer journey management experience a plus
