Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited seeks a Transportation Engineer to lead design and project delivery for transportation infrastructure across Ontario offices, reporting to the Discipline Lead. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development to ensure successful project delivery.

The role offers flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangements, with responsibilities spanning master planning, environmental assessments, and construction phase

Qualifications

• A degree in civil or transportation engineering.
• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer in the province of Ontario, or eligible to be licensed within six months.
• A minimum of 8 years' professional experience, preferably in the consulting industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for transportation projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop technical expertise on transportation projects including master plans, EA, preliminary and detailed design.
• Prepare technical reports, studies, and contract documentation including drawings, specs, tender estimates.
• Manage stakeholder consultation programs and presentations to councils and agencies.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationship building.
