Dillon Consulting Limited in Ontario is seeking a Senior Transportation Designer/Technologist to lead preliminary and detailed highway projects. The role is full-time, hybrid, and based in any Ontario office, reporting to the Discipline Lead and mentoring junior staff.

You'll contribute to business development, coordinate with clients and authorities, and support proposals while delivering high-quality design documents, reports, and drawings.

Qualifications

• Eight years of professional experience, preferably in consulting.
• Licensed to practice as Civil Engineering Technologist or eligible within six months.
• Strong interest in business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Technical project work: design and prepare reports, drawings, quantities, and documents for highways and intersections.
• Support junior staff and interact with project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and utilities to advance projects.
• Mentor and develop junior technical staff and participate in professional associations.
