Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting Middle and Back Office workflows within investment operations or related financial services environments
• Experience delivering change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training planning, and adoption support
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, performance measurement, reconciliations, controls, and reporting processes
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives impacting Operations, Performance, and Accounting teams

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of current and future-state Middle and Back Office workflows, controls, dependencies, and user impacts
• Partner with stakeholders, business leads, and delivery teams to identify change impacts and support requirements
• Support change impact assessments across stakeholder groups, process changes, readiness risks, and training needs
• Prepare communications, FAQs, briefing notes, and stakeholder updates related to operational and workflow changes
• Support development of training materials, job aids, process walkthroughs, and adoption content for impacted teams
• Track testing, readiness, and workflow validation activities to identify areas requiring additional user support
• Provide updates on readiness, communication needs, training progress, stakeholder concerns, and emerging risks to the Senior Manager, Transformation

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst (10+ years) to support Middle and Back Office change management using investment operations workflows, communications, and training support

Join a large-scale transformation initiative supporting Middle and Back Office operations within a financial services environment. This role supports Operation Daybreak by translating operational, accounting, performance, and workflow changes into practical communications, readiness, and training support for impacted stakeholders. The position works closely with business users, delivery teams, and the Transformation Office to support adoption, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities across complex operational changes.

Must Haves

• 10+ years supporting Middle and Back Office workflows within investment operations or related financial services environments
• Experience delivering change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training planning, and adoption support
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, performance measurement, reconciliations, controls, and reporting processes
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives impacting Operations, Performance, and Accounting teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in asset management, pension operations, capital markets, or consulting environments
