Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of current and future-state Middle and Back Office workflows and dependencies.
• Support design, build, configuration, testing and readiness across Operations, Performance, Accounting.
• Gather information from stakeholders and delivery partners to clarify requirements and emerging issues.
• Identify gaps, blockers and readiness risks and report to management.
• Review workflow documentation and operating model artifacts for updates.

Join a large-scale transformation initiative supporting future-state Operations, Performance, and Accounting workflows within a financial services environment. This role supports Operation Daybreak by connecting business process knowledge, workflow impacts, testing observations, and stakeholder concerns into actionable insight for the Transformation Office. The position works closely with design, build, testing, and readiness activities across Middle and Back Office functions while providing visibility into risks, blockers, and operational impacts.

Contract, Toronto, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

• 10+ years supporting Middle and Back Office workflows within investment operations or related financial services environments
• Strong understanding of Operations, Performance, and Accounting processes including reconciliations, reporting, valuations, and close processes
• Experience supporting testing and readiness activities across workflow, controls, reporting, and operational processes
• Working knowledge of investment book of record, accounting book of record, performance book of record, data quality, and exception management

Nice to Have

• Experience within fund accounting, performance measurement, pension operations, or capital markets environments
• Exposure to large-scale technology transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with downstream data consumption and operational control processes
