Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Director of Sales - Trailers Canada for the Transportation division in Mississauga. You will lead sales growth for heavy haul and specialty trailers across Canada, coordinating dealer networks and field teams.

The role requires extensive travel and strategic market development to maximize profitability. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in sales/technical support for heavy equipment, strong organization and customer service skills, and the ability to travel internationally

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or product/technical support in heavy construction or forestry equipment.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel internationally with a valid passport and a recent driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• First line of contact for the Branches.
• Develop and implement plans for growing Brandt sales within the territory.
• Provide product, application, industry, customer, and competitor knowledge to the sales team.
• Coordinate and deliver local product knowledge and training for regional sales.
• Drive Sales for Brandt Heavy Haul Trailers through dealers and the regional marketplace.
• Travel throughout the region, supporting visits with major dealers and customers.
• Educate Branches on Brandt Sales, Service, and Finance.
• Assist in coordinating trade shows and attending industry events.
