Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager - Transportation for our Vars Brandt Peterbilt location in Ontario. The role focuses on building and growing customer relationships within the defined area to increase sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods.

You will identify business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, promote rentals, maintain product knowledge, travel as needed, and represent Brandt at industry events to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within heavy equipment/transportation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Ability to present and negotiate with customers.
• Highly motivated, energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license; Class 1 is an asset.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Company.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote and sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods.
• Promote rental and rental purchase options.
• Apply product knowledge to drive sales success.
• Maintain records of sales activities and quotations.
• Submit lost sales reports weekly to the manager.
