Displayco, a leading international trade show and environment solutions company, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value projects from concept to completion. You will be the primary liaison among clients, account managers, and operations, ensuring profitable, on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration across design, production, logistics, and vendors, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in tradeshow/event environments.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and affiliate offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of complex, high‑value tradeshow projects from conception to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring clear communication and service.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, design, production, logistics and vendors to implement plans.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, address roadblocks, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Supervise purchasing and logistics activities, including sourcing and transportation.
• Attend job sites and events, travel as required, and support PM team leadership.
