Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks an Events Manager to own trade shows, conferences, and webinars from planning through post-show analysis, across North America. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive pipeline and revenue, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure on-brand event materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events.
• Ability to report pipeline attribution from events.
• Comfortable managing event budgets and multiple vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder briefing.
• Organized to run several events in parallel.
• Data-driven approach to measure event impact.
• Passport and ability to travel ~30% across US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences from planning to teardown.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align events with pipeline goals.
