Job summary

The House of Commons Administration is seeking a Senior Corporate Compensation and Total Rewards Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of our compensation framework. You will ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance while aligning programs with organizational goals.

You will conduct market surveys, benchmark data, advise on policy changes, and collaborate with finance to forecast budgets for new compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting salary surveys and benchmarking analyses.
• Experience planning and developing compensation frameworks.
• Experience preparing materials for senior management.
• Experience researching compensation laws and collective agreements.
