Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Time Labour Management Lead Implementation Specialist in Canada. You will lead Time & Attendance implementations using ADP's HCM Workforce Now (WFN), design configurations, test solutions, and launch daily use while guiding clients to best-fit outcomes.

You will train clients and internal teams, manage multiple projects, and escalate risks when necessary to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll/time management implementations.
• Strong client interaction and training delivery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Time & Attendance implementation projects using WFN.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Design and deliver training on WFN and time configurations.
• Manage tasks, milestones, and resource allocation across projects.
• Identify risks and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
