Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Implementation Consultant for the WorkForce Suite in Canada. You will configure the suite (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations) to meet client needs and lead workshops to gather requirements and map processes.

You’ll analyze systems, manage complex configurations, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and professional communication. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or related business experience.
• IT certification or technical background.
• 4-6 years experience in WorkForce Management software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure the WorkForce Suite according to client requirements using scripting and logic.
• Lead and participate in business requirements gathering and workshops; create BRD and use cases.
• Understand WorkForce Suite product configuration requirements and customize templates.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and processes; recommend and implement new solutions.
