Job summary

ADP Canada is seeking a Sr. Implementation Consultant for WorkForce Suite. You will configure Time, Absence, Scheduling, and Integrations to meet client needs, lead requirement workshops, and translate business requirements into BRDs and workflows.

You’ll analyze systems, map interfaces, and guide complex configuration challenges to successful deployments. You will manage multiple projects with a focus on timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction, while developing expertise in

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in WorkForce Management software implementations.
• 3-5 years experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL.
• IT certification or technical background.

Responsibilities

• Configure WorkForce Suite per client requirements using scripting and logic.
• Lead and participate in requirements gathering and workshops; create BRD, use cases and diagrams.
• Analyze existing systems and processes; implement new workflows in WorkForce Suite.
• Manage multiple projects; ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
