Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a senior technical service representative, a senior service agent who helps develop and support the services team to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the service desk. You will contribute to delivery and installation at customers' homes and help maintain equipment and vehicles.

The role emphasizes leadership support, inclusivity, and ongoing skill development through our training programs. Join a dynamic retail tech team in Lloydminster.

Qualifications

• 1 year of similar experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
