Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Calgary is seeking a senior store technical service representative to help customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs, while supporting the in-store services team and mentoring colleagues.

You will work with the team lead to recruit, schedule, and develop staff, delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Training programs will help you build new and transferable skills and certifications.
