Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative, or field service agent, in Vancouver. No experience required; we provide training to help you assist customers and grow your career within our retail team.

You’ll deliver, install, and repair tech in customers’ homes, assess needs, keep vehicles and equipment maintained, and deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism. Base pay ranges $18.25–$21.45 per hour; pay varies by province.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
