Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a Senior Technical Service Representative (Senior Service Agent) to support and develop the Services team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the service desk in Lloydminster, AB. The role includes delivery and in-home installation services, upkeep of vehicles and equipment, and fostering an inclusive, learning-oriented team culture.

The position emphasizes mentoring, scheduling, and expanding team capabilities to meet dynamic needs in a fast-paced retail

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year of similar experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's licence with a clean drivers abstract
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
