Job summary

Best Buy in Lloydminster, AB, is hiring a Senior Technical Service Representative to support the Services team and enhance the customer experience at our service desk.

You will help deliver home installations, maintain service vehicles, and mentor team members while fostering inclusivity and learning. This role requires a minimum of 1 year in a related field and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 1 year of similar experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
