Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting in automation, automotive, industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and candidate screening abilities.
• Experience recruiting internationally within Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize open requisitions across multiple sectors.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
• Proactively headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals and other tools.
• Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Match qualifications to requisitions and submit resumes to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the entire hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Conduct employment references and background verification coordination.
• Perform market surveys and compensation benchmarking to support recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/HRIS.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
