Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Search Consultant to join our Canadian Permanent Search Practice. You will execute end-to-end direct hire recruiting of professionals for clients in the Engineering vertical, develop client accounts, and expand business in existing accounts.

As part of the Search Practice, you will collaborate with partners across Canada from lead generation to onboarding. You bring experience in recruitment or sales and will receive training and career growth opportunities in a global HR

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least three years of successful sales experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Knowledge of labour and employment laws and recruiting best practices is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business through leads, referrals and marketing; negotiate fee agreements.
• Establishing and maintaining a network of industry professionals through associations and networking.
• Staying informed on industry trends and recruiting best practices; build subject matter expertise.
• Partnering with clients to understand goals and hiring needs; evaluate recruitment methods.
• Creating and deploying client and role-specific recruiting strategies and onboarding processes.
• Administering job postings, screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess fit.
• Guiding clients and candidates through interviewing, hiring and negotiation processes.
• Maintaining up-to-date client and candidate documentation and activity records.
