Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing programs in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with software development process understanding.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• FinTech, Payments or Commerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility transformation & operational programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Implement lean processes and drive towards better ways of working.
• Establish and run data-driven frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs.
• Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows across the organization.
• Plan change requirements, manage risks, dependencies, and establish tools and forums.
• Identify and address systemic inefficiencies with transparency and accountability.
