Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive the technical success of our largest merchants after sale. You will advise developers, product teams, and business partners throughout the customer lifecycle, integrating Affirm products into merchants' architectures and scaling with them.

You will lead technical relationships, guide new merchant integrations, resolve complex issues, provide engineering feedback, and promote product adoption with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TAM, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to read code in at least two programming languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading key client relationships.
• Experience guiding integrations and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical relationships for a named set of merchant accounts.
• Provide technical guidance for new merchant integrations and beta features.
• Resolve critical issues across departments and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide product and engineering feedback to drive adoption and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and onboarding.
