Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team to own and scale partner integrations, making it easier for merchants to offer Affirm. You will work with cross‑functional partners to define, launch, and grow platform partnerships that drive merchant growth and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Delivery-focused with proactive problem-solving.
• Experience representing product externally and influencing outcomes.
• Bonus: Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback on product performance.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve customer and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing for go-to-market strategies.
