Job summary
A leading financial services company in Canada is seeking a Senior Talent Development Associate to support the design and delivery of learning initiatives. The role involves facilitating onboarding and corporate training, managing training materials, and collaborating with leaders to enhance employee growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development. This is an 18-month contract position.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a training, learning and development, or organizational development role preferred.
Experience facilitating training in a corporate environment is an asset.
Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training sessions.
Maintain and update training materials, schedules, and documentation.
Review training feedback to identify improvements.
Collaborate with leaders to align training initiatives.
Support the Career Development Program.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
Perform all other duties as assigned.
