Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a hands‑on Talent Development leader for a 12‑month maternity leave backfill within the national Talent Development team. Focus on leadership development, program design, delivery, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Programs.

The role requires a strong facilitator, collaboration across the firm, and day‑to‑day program execution while developing one Coordinator, Talent Development, and advancing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related fields.
• Experience leading talent or leadership development programs from design through delivery.
• Strong facilitation skills with senior audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent development programs within a national portfolio.
• Translate strategy into high‑quality program experiences and execution.
• Manage program plans, timelines, stakeholders, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop one Coordinator, Talent Development, and collaborate across teams.
