Job summary

Indero seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers and drive end‑to‑end recruitment across the organization. You will identify sourcing strategies, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and lead best practices in recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of in‑house recruiting experience, be bilingual in French and English, and proficient with ATS and MS Office. You will collaborate with HR and branding efforts and contribute to onboarding.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study.
• 5–7 years’ experience recruiting in-company.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formatting.
• Create and support the establishment of the talent acquisition strategy.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Work with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Coach and lead hiring managers through recruitment best practices.
• Coordinate relevant job postings on ATS and manage candidate status transitions.
• Identify best sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets.
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare shortlist briefs for hiring managers.
• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain all Talent Acquisitions systems and recruitment accounts.
• Manage pre-employment process, including background verification and references.
• Support Employer Branding initiatives and social media strategy.
• Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms.
• Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics.
• Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Prepare offer details for letters and contracts.
• Work with HRBP to ensure smooth onboarding transition.
