Job summary

Intact is seeking a dedicated bilingual Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role provides administrative and transactional support to recruitment consultants and helps implement best practices and HR policies.

This is a temporary 8‑month secondment/contract opportunity with a national scope and flexible location in Canada. Preferred work locations are Montréal or Toronto, with bilingual French/English required.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French/English) required to interact nationwide.
• 1 year of recruitment coordination experience.
• College or university degree with HR specialization or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday is a strong asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to recruitment processes within our SLA.
• Stay current on Talent Acquisition policies and guidelines.
• Support team with Talent Acquisition and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate background check processes and escalation guidelines for hires and changes.
• Ensure Workday processes align with workflows and data integrity.
