Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support and execute recruitment strategies across the Canada client group. You will partner with regional leaders and build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure efficient cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, shaping regional strategies, coaching managers, and managing external vendors while maintaining compliant processes and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• 5–8 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, operations, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience managing full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, assessment, offer, onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates as a trusted TA partner.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines using sourcing strategies for various roles.
• Align recruitment with current and future workforce needs and budgets.
• Shape regional recruitment strategies with business leaders and HR teams.
• Create and maintain robust talent pipelines for immediate and long-term needs.
• Coach hiring managers on interview processes, assessments, and compliance.
• Manage external recruitment vendors and ensure strong brand representation.
