GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned client groups across Canada. You will screen, interview, make offers, and build proactive talent pipelines while mentoring the TA team and aligning with HR strategy.

You will work remotely within Canada, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver top talent and maintain our culture and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple units.
• Experience administering/optimizing an ATS (UKG Pro preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• HR degree or diploma is an asset; sales/cold-calling experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups, including screening, interviewing, offers.
• Review requisitions and scorecards with Hiring Managers to assess role requirements and timelines.
• Post vacancies and manage applications in UKG Pro ATS.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing to attract high-quality talent and build pipelines.
• Provide guidance/mentorship to TA team and support onboarding experiences.
