True Environmental in Canada is seeking an HR Specialist IV for Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with leaders to shape workforce plans, and build candidate pipelines across multiple offices, including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and Whitehorse.

This role combines advisory work with hands-on recruitment to support business growth while upholding our values.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering capacity.
• Experience in environmental consulting, engineering, mining, natural resources, professional services, or another technical consulting environment is an asset.
• A CPHR designation is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience using HRIS, ATS, talent management and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies and building talent pipelines for professional, technical and hard-to-fill roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through selection, offer and hire.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, attract and engage qualified candidates, including developing talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and priority roles.
• Screen and assess candidates and provide recommendations to hiring leaders based on position and business requirements.
• Facilitate an effective interview and selection process while ensuring a positive, professional experience.
• Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment, talent markets and hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment activity and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools and practices.
• Provide HR advice and support to assigned leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development and the application of HR policies and practices.
• Support broader HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, compensation, talent management, succession, engagement and organizational change.
