Permanent Senior Systems Analyst - Workday joining a global public company headquartered in Vancouver.
Our client is looking to add a Senior Systems Analyst to their Corporate Services team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday across a global user base. Day to day, this means managing Workday releases, assessing new features, coordinating testing, and determining what gets enabled and when. It means overseeing integrations with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, and identity management tools, and providing technical sustainment support across functional areas including benefits, time tracking, absence, and legislative reporting. The role also owns Workday security design and administration, ensuring access models align with current and evolving operating structures. Beyond platform administration, this role leads assigned IT projects from scope definition through to production go-live, serves as the functional and technical lead on HR system initiatives, and contributes to a forward-looking Workday roadmap. It partners closely with HR, Communications, and regional business units to translate operational requirements into configured solutions and manages vendor and implementation partner relationships to support both ongoing operations and project delivery.

This role offers a genuinely top-tier total rewards package base salary range of $105,000-$120,000 with room to grow, plus a short-term incentive bonus, pension plan, extended benefits, employee share purchase program, and a paid time off program equivalent to over five weeks per year.
